Had to share another from the beach. Loved how close all the birds were when I was taking this. I know it has some len's flaring in it but IDK....I kinda dont mind it. This one is for my good friend =Handie. Hope this can warm you up way up there in all that snow.

Thank you! There were always 1000's of birds on the island there. I was in heaven.

Sometimes lenseflare can add effect by dramatizing the angle. Do not fear it~♪ Another shot with some clean sunset colors, stark bird siloettes, but some interesting stuff with the sand. It changes the focus of the picture, instead of starting at the sunset I keep finding my eyes traveling from the bottom in the direction of the sand, which looks almost lost as it turns back towards the ocean that left it.

Art should not only make your eyes drink in the details; it should leave your heart in a state of wonder.

Yeah I to felt the textures in the sand where the drawing point in the shot for the eye. What can I say? I am still in love with that little island we called home for the weekend. Little paradise...especially for photographers obviously! My word I still have a pile of shots from down there to edit and now I have an even bigger pile with all the shots I am getting up here.

Just think: if you ever get snowed in you'll have a whole ton to do! It looked like an artists' paradise, too! I'd love to bring a sketchpad and some pencils and jot down rough drafts of the scenery to try to make later~♪
